I agree on growth in second editions.  I wish our new book could have been a new book entirely, though.  For one thing, I am seeing a lot of people still buying the first edition thinking it&#039;s the second (partly Amazon&#039;s fault for crappy product info).  For another, I would have liked to break from some of the constraints of the first edition and get out from the shadow of &quot;oh they just revised it.&quot;  Not that the first edition was bad, but the second is really a whole new book.</description>
